By placing an order for any of Hydrogen 2o2’s products You acknowledge that You have adequate knowledge of safe handling, proper use, and safe storage of 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide and You agree to take necessary actions with the knowledge You have to act accordingly to provide the necessary safety measures to properly store, handle and use product.
Due to shipping regulations and to maintain the safety of our customers and supply chain, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS. If there is an issue with your order when You receive it please contact us and We will work with You to solve problems.
You understand non stabilized hydrogen peroxide presents challenges when shipping. Open the plastic bags carefully and ensure the transit was gentle. We anticipate your order will arrive with all the peroxide in the bottle and we take many precautions in an effort to achieve this. Due to the nature of hydrogen peroxide, the high concentration, and shipping conditions that are out of our control, leaks although rare, are still possible.
You agree to accept your order when delivered by carrier and will contact us if there is an issue . If you request an address change for shipping your order your order to a different address, make an address correction, or return order to sender, you agree that you will pay any charges incurred resulting from those changes. If If the carrier damages your order causing the bottle to leak through the box resulting in the carrier disposing of the contents, we will send out a replacement ASAP at no charge to you. If your order has visible signs follow safety guidelines when unpacking. We require all parties to follow all Local, State and Federal regulations pertaining to the shipping, packaging and selling of our products. We certify the quality and concentrations of our products meet regulations.
Regulations and/or non machine filled receptacles may result in an approximate volume that may differ slightly than indicated on label. We recommend always use a standard measuring device when diluting and only use as directed.
