At Hydrogen2O2, we prioritize the safety and integrity of our products. Due to the chemical nature and health/safety classifications of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To expedite a replacement or refund, please include the following in your message:

• Your Order Number
• Photos of the damaged packaging
• Photos of the product label

Refunds

Approved refunds for damaged goods will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
